ADD is owned and run by Chris Hotchkiss whose Sales and Marketing experience spans nearly 20 years. Chris is a Shipley’s qualified Bid Manager who has supported, written and managed bids resulting in the winning of service contracts with a value in excess of USD $200 million.
Chris’ operational experience encompasses an active military career, country manager roles managing business units with an annual turnover of $25million and over 2000 staff, the mobilisation of contracts and the facilitation of market entry into high threat environments (Somalia, Yemen, South Sudan).
ADD enables its clients to access new markets and territories, to set and achieve growth targets and to win UN business by combining its operational knowledge, broad network and sales experience to ensure its clients success.
